Lindsey Dawn Mckenzie Welfare State and Growth / Leisure / The Pursuit of Happiness: Bolivar / Spontaneous Order

Too many things these weeks. In Chile we leave on foolishness and nonsense begins to become depressed reading the newspapers and television news. Now add the education project, which threatens to stall any possibility of improvement in the subject. For those interested, here's the project . In any case, the issue of profit sounds more like a "puck past" or currency, thus ensuring other aspects of the project.
Anyway, better go to other things, to breathe a little with other topics.
- a couple of weeks ago, Freedom and Development organized the First Forum on Public Policy. Take this opportunity to highlight two presentations:of Mauricio Rojas (Chilean, Swedish parliament) on the welfare state and Bergoeing Raphael, on the importance of growth .
- Every so often remind us of the bad distribution of income (I do not think a problem in itself, but rather, is a barometer of other problems that do need to worry about, such as poor distribution of education and opportunities). Anyway, should also see the other side of the coin . (English)
- Have you noticed that the movies always have a whiff under his left arm? Sometimes there are exceptions. I have not seen, but they say that " In Pursuit of Happyness "is very good. (English)
- Now I understand why Chavez Bolivarian says ... and why Latin America is so different from their neighbors to the north ... Here is the mother of the lamb
"They have heard of the" invisible hand "of Adam Smith or" spontaneous order "of Hayek. A good picture is worth a thousand words ." Chaotic? underdeveloped? think imitate In Europe
